ما در حال استقرار نرم‌افزار ERP آترا ویژن هستیم. به همکاری شما برای استقرار نرم‌افزار و پشتیبانی از آن در کنار مجری پروژه نیازمندیم.

شرح شغل:

• انجام امور مربوط به استقرار و پشتیبانی نرم‌افزار.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با کارشناسان شرکت مجری در استقرار و پشتیبانی از نرم‌افزار.
• شناسایی و پاسخگویی به نیازهای فرآیندی جدید سازمان.
• تهیه مستندات آموزش زیرسیستم‌ها و مستندات فنی در صورت نیاز.
• پاسخگویی به مشکلات اعلام شده توسط کاربران.
• راهنمایی کاربران جهت استفاده بهینه از نرم‌افزار.
• مشارکت در تدوین راهنمای راه‌اندازی و کار با نرم‌افزار.
• حقوق: توافقی.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه زا 7:30 صبح تا 4:30 عصر؛ (سی دقیق شناوری)؛ پنجشنبه‌ها تعطیل است.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی کامپیوتر یا فناوری اطلاعات.
• سابقه استقرار ERP در شرکت‌های تولیدی.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای زنجیره تامین، تولید و عملیات.
• مهارت تفکر ساختاری و درک فلوچارت.
• آشنا با رویکرد فرآیندی، تفکر سیستمی و استاندارد سیستم مدیریت کیفیت ISO9001.
• آشنایی با مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه ورد، اکسل و ویزیو.
• تجربه کار و یا آشنایی با نرم‌افزارERP آترا ویژن مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• آشنایی با پایگاه‌های داده، Oracle، کوئری‌نویسی، Syntax، سیستم‌های گردش کار و BPMS.

We are deploying Atra Vision ERP software. We need your cooperation to deploy the software and support it, along with the project manager. Duties and responsibilities that are expected of you:
- Carrying out matters related to the deployment and support of the software
- Effective communication with the experts of the implementing company in the deployment and support of the software
- Identifying and responding to the needs A new process of the organization
- Preparation of training documentation for subsystems and technical documentation if needed
- Responding to the problems reported by users
- Guiding users to use the software optimally
- Participation in the compilation of the guide Setting up and working with the software
- Negotiated salary
- Minimum work experience: 5 years
Required skills and expertise:
- Minimum bachelor's education (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Technology )
- History of ERP deployment in manufacturing companies
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, production and operations
- Skill in structural thinking and understanding flowcharts and familiar with process approach, system thinking and ISO9001 quality management system standard
br>-Familiar with the OFFICE suite and proficient in WORD, EXCEL and VISIO
-Work experience or familiarity with Atra Vision ERP software is considered an advantage
-Familiar with databases, Oracle, query writing, Syntax, Workflow systems and BPMS
