Job description:
Performing the human resource planning process.
Identifying effective recruitment channels.
Communicating with managers to understand their employment needs and expectations.
Creating and publishing appropriate advertisements in recruitment channels and Screening of resumes in ATS.
Coordinating and conducting employment interviews.Checking the background of job seekers in previous organizations (Reference Check).
Analyzing the results of personality tests.
Analyzing human resources data. and generating ideas to solve the identified problems. Designing and implementing the process of socialization. Participation in the development of procedures and processes related to human resources, including development, branding, etc. Collaboration in analyzing jobs and preparing job certificates. >Conducting the process of exit interviews.Preparing reports related to recruitment and employment.
Eligibility requirements:
At least three years of work experience in the related field.
Bachelor's degree in management, psychology or society. science
Proficient in recruitment and hiring process.
Proficient in recruitment channels such as job sites, LinkedIn, etc..Proficient in employment interview models.
Proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook software.
>Proficient in working with ATS software.
Familiar with measurement tools.
Familiar with job analysis process.
Familiar with English language. in the fields of management, psychology or sociology.
Work experience in information technology companies.
Proficient in the process of socialization.
Familiar with personality tests.
Familiar with measurement tools and employment evaluation centers.
