شرح شغل:
- برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی حمل کالاها از مبدا به مقصد.
- نظارت بر روند حمل و اطمینان از رعایت زمانبندی.
- پاسخگویی به سوالات مشتریان و تأمین‌کنندگان در مورد وضعیت حمل کالا.
- شناسایی و حل مشکلات مربوط به حمل و نقل و لجستیک.
- تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای برای مدیریت.
- همکاری با تیم‌های فروش و مالی برای بهبود فرآیندها.
- شرکت در جلسات و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهینه‌سازی عملیات.
- انجام مکاتبات اسنادی و هماهنگی با نمایندگان کشتیرانی و مشتری از زمان زمان اعلام ورود تا زمان بازگشت کانتینرها.
- ثبت اطلاعات بوکینگ‌ها در سیستم OTMS PLUS.
- آرشیو اطلاعات بوکینگ‌ها.
- حفظ روابط کاری مستدام و موثر با مشتریان.
