کارشناس آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی | HR Training and Development Specialist

شرح شغل:

• نیازسنجی، برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، ارتباط با تامین‌کنندگان آموزشی، تامین منابع و اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی (درون سازمانی و برون سازمانی) به منظور بالابردن سطح بهره‌وری کارکنان.
• بررسی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزشی و ارتباط با ذی‌نفعان آموزش برای دریافت انتقادات و پیشنهادات و ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی به مدیر منابع انسانی.
• تدوین و به‌روزرسانی فرآیندهای توسعه منابع انسانی به منظور اجرا و بهبود فرآیندهای مربوطه (نظام پیشنهادات، مدیریت دانش، مدیریت عملکرد و غیره).

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با مدل‌های شایستگی.
• آشنایی با تکنیک‌ها و روش‌های آموزش.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای توسعه منابع انسانی.
• خلاق و ایده‌پرداز.
• توانایی گزارش‌نویسی.

- Assessment of needs, training planning, communication with training providers, provision of resources and implementation of training courses (internal and external) in order to increase the productivity level of employees. Criticisms and suggestions and presenting analytical reports to the human resources manager
- Compilation and updating of human resources development processes in order to implement and improve relevant processes (suggestions system, knowledge management, performance management, etc.)

Skills Required: - familiarity with competency models - familiarity with training techniques and methods - familiarity with human resource development processes - creative and idea-generating - ability to write reports
