Criticisms and suggestions and presenting analytical reports to the human resources manager
- Compilation and updating of human resources development processes in order to implement and improve relevant processes (suggestions system, knowledge management, performance management, etc.)
Skills Required: - familiarity with competency models - familiarity with training techniques and methods - familiarity with human resource development processes - creative and idea-generating - ability to write reports
