* Management of recruitment and hiring process from preparation of job advertisement to evaluation and interview with applicants
* Management of work and salary process
* Monitoring contracts and ensuring compliance with standards
* Training, evaluation and development of employees
* Preparing and compiling instructions
* Management of administrative and filing processes
* Development and implementation of human resource policies in accordance with laws and regulations
* Matters related to procurement and support services
* Maintaining and promoting organizational culture and employee welfare
Qualifying conditions:
* Proficient in all administrative processes and human resources
* Familiar with the rules of labor administration, tax and social security insurance
* Proficient in compiling regulations and manuals
* Mastery in attracting specialized personnel
* Familiar with salary laws
* Proficient in performance evaluation system and training and development program
* Proficient in human resource management software and ATS
* Familiarity with job classification plan
* Effective leadership and communication skills
Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business/business management and industrial engineering or other related fields
At least seven years of management work experience in the field of human resources
