Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Software Test Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our AI-driven health applications. This role requires expertise in QA testing and automated testing, with a strong focus on APIs, Selenium, and load testing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a robust understanding of healthcare-related technologies, compliance, and testing tools.


Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering both manual and automated testing approaches.
Conduct thorough API testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and security of integrations.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or other relevant frameworks.
Perform load and performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance.
Collaborate closely with development, product, and engineering teams to identify testing requirements and build scalable testing solutions.
Monitor, analyze, and report testing outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for product improvement.
Stay updated on best practices, industry standards, and new testing tools relevant to AI and healthcare applications.
Mentor and support junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing.
Proven expertise in API testing, automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium), and load testing tools.
Experience in testing AI/ML-driven applications is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
