Affilio is hiring a Digital Marketing Generalist to lead awareness and acquisition efforts across digital channels. You’ll manage content strategy, optimize SEO, run campaigns, and oversee social media. This role works closely with customer success, tech, and product teams to ensure aligned and impactful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute brand awareness and lead acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Develop and manage content strategies and calendars for blog, website, email, and social platforms.
• Oversee daily operations of owned media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, website).
• Create and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and visibility.
• Track and report campaign performance, using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Incorporate AI tools into content creation, reporting, and marketing workflows for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Tech, and Product teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign execution.
• Solid knowledge of social media management and content creation is a must.
• Proven experience in Performance Marketing and using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
