شرکت Negin Ertebatat Ava (Negintel) در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و مخابرات فعالیت می‌کند. ما به دنبال یک کارشناس پشتیبانی فروش جوان هستیم تا به تیم فروش و خدمات مشتری ما در تهران بپیوندد. این نقش مستلزم پشتیبانی از تیم فروش در فعالیت‌های روزانه و تعامل با مشتریان است.

Responsibilities:
- ارائه پشتیبانی به تیم فروش در انجام وظایف روزانه
- رسیدگی به درخواست‌های مشتریان و ارائه پاسخ‌های مناسب
- تحلیل گزارش‌ها و داده‌های فروش به منظور بهبود فرآیندها
- همکاری با تیم‌های دیگر برای اطمینان از رضایت مشتریان
- استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مجموعه Office و ICDL برای انجام کارها

Qualifications:
- مدرک تحصیلی در زمینه‌های مدیریت، بازاریابی یا بازرگانی
- آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای مجموعه Office و ICDL
- توانایی تحلیل گزارش‌ها و داده‌ها
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی
