هدف شغل:

• تامین کالا، تجهیزات و قطعات تهویه مطبوع در تطابق با برنامه‌های فروش، تولید و خدمات پس از فروش.

شرح وظایف:

• دریافت پیشنهادات فنی و مالی، بررسی و مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان.
• پیگیری تمامی موارد مربوط به حمل و پرداخت از تامین‌کنندگان داخلی و خارجی.
• پیگیری در خصوص دریافت کلیه اطلاعات مورد نیاز از تامین‌کنندگان داخلی و خارجی شامل کلیه مدارک فنی، دستورالعمل‌ها، کاتالوگ‌ها و غیره.
• پیگیری و ارسال کلیه اطلاعات مورد نیاز تامین‌کنندگان جهت تولید محصول شامل طراحی محصول، لوگو، کارت گارانتی، دستورالعمل‌ها با هماهنگی تیم‌های مارکتینگ، فنی، خدمات و فروش.
• پیگیری برنامه خرید و ارائه گزارش هفتگی در خصوص وضعیت تامین.
• هماهنگی در خصوص تنظیم قراردادهای تامین خارجی و داخلی با همکاری واحدهای حقوقی و مالی شرکت.
• تامین تجهیزات مورد نیاز کارخانه با همکاری تیم تولید.
• انتخاب تامین‌کننده و عقد قرارداد جهت تامین تاسیسات پشتیبانی و قطعات مورد نیاز در حین تولید با هماهنگی تیم تولید.
• سفارش‌گذاری قطعات یدکی مورد نیاز از تامین‌کنندگان داخلی و خارجی با هماهنگی تیم خدمات پس از فروش.
• تهیه مدارک مورد نیاز جهت ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان داخلی و خارجی و تهیه لیست AVL.
• انجام سایر امور محوله در حوزه وظایف سازمانی از سوی مدیر مربوطه.

معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد:

• تامین کالا در تطابق با برنامه تامین مصوب شرکت.
• تامین کالا، تجهیزات و قطعات مطابق با برنامه زمانبندی مورد تایید واحدهای فروش، تولید و خدمات پس از فروش.
