کارشناس EPC | EPC Expert

شرح شغل:

• انجام وظایف اجرایی در پروژه‌ها با رعایت زمانبندی پروژه‌ها.
• انجام و پیگیری پروسه خرید مواد و متریال و انجام بازرسی‌های فنی و تحویل و ارسال موارد خریداری شده به سایت با نظارت مدیر واحد EPC.
• تهیه گزارشات کمی و کیفی و صورت‌جلسات و صورت ‌مجالس لازم.
• تولید مدارک فنی پروژه اعم از مدارک برق و مکانیک توسط کارشناسان مربوطه.
• رفع کامنت‌های کارفرمایان و مشاوران پروژه در موارد برق و مکانیک توسط کارشناسان مربوطه.
• اعزام به سایت پروژه جهت انجام عملیات اجرایی نصب و راه‌اندازی و تنظیم صورتجلسات تحویلی در محل کار.
• شرکت در جلسات توجیهی کارفرمایان در فاز خرید مولد.
• پشتیبانی واحد فروش مولد و حضور در جلسات فروش در کنار نفرات بازرگانی.
• تکمیل و دسته‌بندی کلیه مدارک از ابتدا زمان فروش دستگاه‌ها تا انتهای تحویل نهایی پروژه جهت ارائه به کارفرما و اخذ مطالبات آریا و آزادسازی کلیه تضامین آریا.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با تابلوهای فشار ضعیف و متوسط.
• آشنایی با ژنراتورهای دیزلی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای نقشه‌کشی.

- Familiar with low and medium pressure switchboards
- Familiar with diesel generators
- Proficient in drawing software
- Performing executive tasks in projects in accordance with the project schedule
- Carrying out and following up the purchase process materials and conducting technical inspections and delivering and sending purchased items to the site under the supervision of the manager of the APC unit

- fixing the comments of the employers and project consultants in the electrical and mechanical matters by the relevant experts
- sending to the project site to carry out the executive operations of installation and commissioning and preparing the minutes of the meetings to be delivered at the company's workplace
In the briefing meetings of the employers in the productive purchase phase
- supporting the productive sales unit and attending the sales meetings with the business people
- completing and categorizing all the documents from the beginning of the sale of the devices to the end of the final delivery of the project to be presented to the employer and received Arya's claims and the release of all Arya's guarantees
