شرح شغل:

• تدوین و پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های استراتژیک برای بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای سازمانی.
• تحلیل و ارزیابی عملکرد بخش‌های مختلف سازمانی.
• برگزاری جلسات منظم با تیم‌های مختلف برای هماهنگی فعالیت‌ها.
• شناسایی و پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود عملکرد و بهره‌وری.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه مفید در زمینه مدیریت فرایندهای سازمانی.
• آشنایی با مدیریت فرایندهای سازمانی و مدل‌ها و چارچوب‌های فرایندی روز دنیا.
• آشنایی با شاخص‌های پایش فرایندی.
• توانایی کار تیمی و هماهنگی با واحدهای مختلف.
• قابلیت تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط پیچیده.
