As a Senior HR Admin Specialist at Alibaba Travels Co., you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the administrative aspects of the human resources function.
Responsibilities
- Implement HR administrative processes and procedures.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leaves.
- Preparing necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
- Collaborate with external partners and other HR team members to support employee training and development initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Requirements
- Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant.
- Understanding various HR software systems, like Hamkran system.
- Computer literate with softwares such as word, excel, etc.
- Good understanding of labor laws.
- Organizational skills and ability to priorities.
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
- BSc in HR or a relevant field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
