Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing sales strategies.
Market analysis and developing market strategy.
Developing and expanding the retail, wholesale and online customer sales network.
Providing sales, revenue and budget reports to the senior manager.
Providing necessary strategies for product discounts and holding sales festivals.
Creating motivation and enthusiasm in the sales team to improve performance.
Monitoring the performance of subsidiary sales experts and regional office sales experts and representatives.
Qualification requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree.
At least three years of work experience in a related supervisory field.
Capable of negotiation and persuasion.
