شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر عملکرد تیم‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری سازمان.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید و پیشگام بودن در نوآوری محصولات.
• تقویت برندینگ و توسعه روابط مشتریان و شرکای تجاری.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل ده سال سابقه در سمت مدیریتی ارشد ترجیحآ در صنایع آرایشی و بهداشتی.
• آشنایی عمیق با ترندها، کانال‌های توزیع و چالش‌های صنعت آرایشی.
• توانایی استراتژی‌های رقابتی و بازاریابی موثر.

A reliable and active company in the production and supply of cosmetics and health products, in order to develop and strengthen its position in the domestic and international market, is looking for an experienced and innovative CEO. 1- At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position. preferably in the cosmetic industry
2-deep familiarity with the trends, distribution channels and challenges of the cosmetic industry
3-ability of competitive strategies and effective marketing
4-supervising the performance of teams and increasing Organization productivity
5-Identifying new opportunities and being a pioneer in product innovation
6-Strengthening branding and developing relationships with customers and business partners
