شرح شغل:

• منبع‌یابی، مذاکره و مکاتبه با تامین‌کنندگان، حضور در جلسات مرتبط به خریدها و انعقاد قراردادها.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها (مقایسه قیمت‌ها و پارامترهای ارزیابی) جهت برآورد هزینه‌های نهایی.
• ثبت سفارش در سامانه جامع تجارت.
• هماهنگی پرداخت‌ها (بانکی و غیر بانکی).
• هماهنگی و پیگیری آماده‌سازی (برندینگ).
• هماهنگی حمل کالا از مبدأ تا انبار مقصد (بارگیری، حمل، ورود به بندر، ترخیص، ورود به انبار).
• هماهنگی بیمه و بازرسی کالا و نهایی کردن اسناد حمل.
• انجام کلیه امور مرتبط با وزارت صمت.
• تهیه برنامه بازاریابی.
• یافتن و کنترل کانال‌های فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه در تامین و واردات طیف وسیعی از کالاهای مواد غذایی از بازارهای مختلف جهانی.
• مسلط به پیچیدگی‌های تجارت بین‌المللی و تقویت روابط در بازارهای مختلف.
• مسلط به خرید بین المللی از جمله مذاکره، مدیریت سفارش، فرآیندهای پرداخت و ترخیص کالا از گمرک.

Proficient in the complexities of international trade and strengthening relationships in various markets
Proficient in international purchasing including negotiation, order management, payment and clearance processes Goods from customs
Sourcing, negotiation and correspondence with suppliers, attending meetings related to purchases and concluding contracts
Data analysis (comparison of prices and evaluation parameters) to estimate final costs
Registration order in the comprehensive trading system

coordination of goods transportation from the origin to the destination warehouse (loading, transportation, entering the port, clearance, Entering the warehouse)
coordinating insurance and inspection of goods and finalizing shipping documents
doing all matters related to the Ministry of Security
preparing a marketing plan
