Job Specification:
- Developing and implementing tailored account management strategies for key customers in the food industry to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Identify key accounts within the platform's customer base, prioritize them strategically, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Creating detailed account plans outlining goals, objectives, and action plans to achieve account growth and retention targets.
- We are collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver value-added solutions to key accounts and drive overall business growth.
- Monitoring key account performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and proactively addressing any issues or opportunities to optimize account performance.
- Driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives within key accounts to increase revenue and expand service offerings.
- Providing ongoing support and training to key account teams to ensure they leverage the platform effectively and achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborating with key accounts on strategic partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and joint projects to drive mutual business success.
- Gathering feedback from key accounts on their experience with the platform, products, and services to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
