مدیر مالی کارخانه نوشیدنی (یزد)
گزارش‌دهی به:

مدیرعامل/مدیر کارخانه (یزد) و واحد مالی دفتر مرکزی (آمل)

هدف شغل:

برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت و نظارت بر کلیه امور مالی، حسابداری و بودجه کارخانه نوشیدنی یزد، تضمین سلامت مالی، شفافیت گزارش‌ها و پشتیبانی از تصمیمات استراتژیک تولید و توسعه.

وظایف کلیدی:

برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت مالی

تدوین برنامه مالی سالانه مطابق با اهداف تولید و توسعه کارخانه

پیش‌بینی جریان نقدی و مدیریت سرمایه در گردش

حسابداری و گزارش‌دهی

نظارت بر ثبت اسناد مالی، دفاتر قانونی و صورت‌های مالی

تهیه گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه برای دفتر مرکزی

کنترل بودجه و هزینه‌ها

طراحی و نظارت بر بودجه پروژه‌های توسعه‌ای و تولیدی

کنترل هزینه‌ها و تحلیل انحرافات نسبت به بودجه

مدیریت امور مالیاتی و بیمه‌ای

پیگیری امور مالیاتی، ارزش افزوده، بیمه تأمین اجتماعی و مالیات حقوق

هماهنگی با مراجع ذی‌ربط و مشاوران مالیاتی

حسابرسی داخلی و انطباق

طراحی و اجرای کنترل‌های داخلی مالی

همکاری با حسابرسان داخلی و مستقل

حمایت از عملیات تولید و توسعه

همکاری با مدیر تولید برای برنامه‌ریزی خرید مواد اولیه

مدیریت پرداخت‌ها به تأمین‌کنندگان و کنترل موجودی مالی

رهبری تیم مالی

مدیریت و توسعه تیم حسابداری و مالی کارخانه

آموزش، ارزیابی عملکرد و ارتقای توانمندی تیم

مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌ها:

تسلط بر اصول حسابداری و استانداردهای گزارشگری مالی

تجربه کار در صنایع تولیدی (ترجیحاً صنایع غذایی/نوشیدنی)

توانایی مدیریت بودجه، جریان نقدی و هزینه‌ها

مهارت در نرم‌افزارهای مالی و ERP

توانایی مذاکره با بانک‌ها، سازمان‌های مالیاتی و تأمین‌کنندگان

مهارت‌های رهبری و مدیریت تیم

تحصیلات و تجربه:

حداقل کارشناسی حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط (کارشناسی ارشد مزیت محسوب می‌شود)

حداقل 7 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط، با 3 سال سابقه مدیریت مالی در محیط تولیدی

Financial Manager – Beverage Factory (Yazd)
Reports to:

Factory Manager (Yazd) and Finance Department – Head Office (Amol)

Job Purpose:

Plan, manage, and oversee all financial, accounting, and budgeting activities of the Yazd beverage factory to ensure financial health, transparency in reporting, and support for production and development decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Management

Develop annual financial plans aligned with production and factory development goals

Forecast cash flow and manage working capital

Accounting & Reporting

Supervise accounting entries, statutory books, and financial statements

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the head office

Budgeting & Cost Control

Design and oversee budgets for production and development projects

Monitor expenses and analyze variances against the budget

Taxation & Insurance

Handle tax affairs, VAT, social security, and payroll tax compliance

Coordinate with tax authorities and financial consultants

Internal Audit & Compliance

Establish and implement internal financial controls

Cooperate with internal and external auditors

Support Production & Development Operations

Collaborate with production managers for raw material purchasing plans

Manage supplier payments and monitor financial inventory

Team Leadership

Lead and develop the factory’s accounting and finance team

Provide training, performance evaluation, and capability building

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

Experience in manufacturing industries (preferably food & beverage)

Proficiency in budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control

Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems

Ability to negotiate with banks, tax authorities, and suppliers

Leadership and team management skills

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s is an advantage)

Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial financial role within a manufacturing environment
