• حداقل دوازده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت مالی یا حسابداری. 
• مسلط به امور عملی بازار کار، مالیات، بیمه، صورت‌های مالی، دادرسی مالیاتی، اکسل، قوانین تجارت و قوانین کار
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار اکسل.

• راهبری و به‌روزرسانی سیستم‌های مالی.
• نظارت و پیگیری اجرای حسابداری فروش شامل نگهداری قراردادهای فروش، نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی حساب‌های خریداران، صدور اسناد حسابداری فروش و تهیه گزارش‌های مربوطه.
• شناسایی و ثبت درآمد سالانه شرکت مطابق استانداردهای حسابداری.
• نظارت و پیگیری اجرای حسابداری پروژه‌ها شامل کنترل حساب‌های پروژه‌ها و تهیه گزارش بهای تمام شده پروژه‌ها.
• بررسی، کنترل و تایید درخواست‌های پرداخت و صدور دستور پرداخت.
• نظارت و پیگیری اجرای حسابداری اموال و دارایی ثابت شامل ثبت دارایی‌های خریداری شده در سیستم حسابداری، تطبیق آن‌ها با واحد انبار و اموال، مشارکت در اموال‌گردانی و محاسبه و ثبت اسناد استهلاک و نیز ثبت و شناسایی اموال و دارایی ثابت فروش رفته.
• نظارت و پیگیری بر ثبت و نگهداری حسابهای تنخواه‌داران.
• نظارت و پیگیری اجرای محاسبات ریالی حقوق و دستمزد و جبران خدمات کارکنان و تهیه دستور پرداخت مربوطه و محاسبه تسویه حساب با کارکنانی که در مقطع خاتمه خدمت هستند و ثبت اسناد حسابداری مربوطه و گزارشات آن.
• نظارت و پیگیری اجرای امور مرتبط با هزینه‌های ستادی شامل شناسایی کلیه مبادلات مالی ستادی و ثبت اسناد حسابداری مربوطه و گزارشات آن.
• تعامل با واحد حسابرسی داخلی.
• نقش‌آفرینی برای حداکثرسازی سود پایدار و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی سازمان.
• تهیه صورت‌های مالی و دفاع از صورت‌های مالی در هر نوع جلسات حسابرسی و ممیزی‌ها.
• تهیه انواع اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی.

Monitoring and follow-up of project accounting, including control of project accounts and preparation of project cost reports.
Checking, controlling and confirming payment requests and issuing payment orders.
Supervision and follow-up of property and fixed asset accounting, including registration of purchased assets in the accounting system, matching them with warehouse and property units, participation in revolving property, and calculation and registration of depreciation documents, as well as registration and identification of sold property and fixed assets.
Supervising and following up on the registration and maintenance of accounts of borrowers.
Supervision and follow-up of the implementation of Riyal calculations of salaries and compensation of employees and preparation of relevant payment orders and calculation of settlements with employees who are at the end of service and registration of relevant accounting documents and reports.
Monitoring and follow-up of the implementation of matters related to headquarters expenses, including the identification of all financial transactions of the headquarters and the registration of relevant accounting documents and their reports.
Interaction with the internal audit unit
Playing a role in maximizing sustainable profits and managing the organization's financial risks.
Preparation of financial statements and defense of financial statements in all types of audit meetings and audits.
Preparation of various tax returns.
