شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های روزانه آزمایشگاه و تضمین انطباق با استانداردهای کیفی.
• ارزیابی و بهبود فرآیندهای موجود برای ارتقای کیفیت و کارایی تولید.
• همکاری با تیم تحقیق و توسعه برای ارائه راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل نتایج آزمایشگاهی و ارائه گزارش‌های فنی به مدیریت ارشد.
• هدایت و آموزش کارکنان آزمایشگاه به منظور ارتقای مهارت‌ها و دانش فنی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال تجربه کار در موقعیت مشابه در صنایع شیمیایی.
• توانایی مدیریت و نظارت بر پروژه‌های فنی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و کار تیمی.
