مسئولیت‌ها:

• آماده‌سازی، نصب و راه‌اندازی سیستم‌های سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری کارکنان (نصب ویندوز، درایورها، نرم‌افزارهای عمومی، پرینتر و غیره).
• مدیریت، اجرا و پاسخگویی به درخواست‌ها و رفع اشکال سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری کارکنان سازمان.
• آموزش کاربران در استفاده از نرم‌افزارها و تجهیزات.
• راه‌اندازی و رفع عیوب سرویس‌های شبکه برای کاربران (اینترنت، اشتراک‌گذاری فایل‌ها، پست الکترونیک و غیره).
• مدیریت بر برنامه نگهداری و تعمیرات کلیه تجهیزات و سیستم‌های فناوری اطلاعات سازمان (پرینترها، اسکنرها، و سایر سیستم‌ها).
• پیکربندی، نگهداری، به‌روزرسانی و مدیریت سیستم‌ها و اطمینان از عملکرد صحیح آن‌ها.
• انجام امور پیکربندی و نگهداری ارتباطات فیزیکی.
• به‌روزرسانی و نگهداری از مستندات فنی (بک‌آپ‌گیری).
• مدیریت زیرساخت‌های شبکه و سرورها.
• پشتیبانی فنی از تیم توسعه‌دهندگان و سایر کارمندان سازمان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به سخت‌افزار و نرم‌افزار کامپیوتر.
• مسلط به پشتیبانی و عیب‌یابی سیستم‌های کامپیوتری.
• مسلط به +Network.
• مسلط به عیب‌یابی سیستم‌عامل Windows.
• آشنایی با ICDL.
• توانایی راه‌اندازی و عیب‌یابی ماشین‌های اداری مثل پرینتر و اسکنر.
• مسلط به ویندوز سرور.
• مسلط به MCSE.
• توانایی راه‌اندازی و تنظیم روترهای میکروتیک.
• آشنایی با پسیو شبکه، عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات شبکه.
• آشنایی با مجازی‌سازی VMware ESXi مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• آشنایی با Switching و Routing سیسکو مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Responsibilities:
Preparation, installation and commissioning of employees' hardware and software systems (installation of Windows, drivers, general software, printers, etc.)
Management, execution and response to requests and fixes hardware and software problems of the organization's employees
training users in the use of software and equipment
setting up and troubleshooting network services for users (Internet, file sharing, e-mail, etc.)
Managing the maintenance and repair program of all the organization's information technology equipment and systems (printers, scanners, and other systems...)
Configuration, maintenance, updating and management of systems and ensuring their correct operation Configuration and maintenance of physical connections
updating and maintenance of technical documentation (backup)
management of network infrastructure and servers - technical support for the team of developers and other employees of the organization

Mastery of Windows operating system troubleshooting
Familiarity with ICDL
Ability Setting up and troubleshooting office machines such as printers and scanners
Mastery of Windows Server
Mastery of MCSE
Ability to set up and adjust Mikrotik routers
Familiar with passive network, troubleshooting and solving network problems< Familiarity with VMware Esxi virtualization is an advantage. Familiarity with Cisco Switching and Routing is an advantage.
