Duties: • Development of job descriptions • Design and implementation of job evaluation system • Development, implementation and supervision of performance management system • Planning and implementation of succession plans • Designing and updating the organizational structure
• Providing innovative solutions to improve employee experience, increase motivation and increase job satisfaction and optimal employee performance evaluation methods
• mastery of succession techniques and talent cultivation and development methods
• mastery of job evaluation concepts
• skill in professional report writing and analytical presentation of reports to Management and executive teams
• Ability to analyze and provide practical insights for continuous improvement of organizational processes
Required behavioral skills:
• Creativity and ideation ability to design and improve processes Organizational
• Capability in analyzing and criticizing systems and making suggestions to improve performance
• High teamwork skills and constructive interaction with different teams and units
Required work experience:
• At least 2 years of work experience in related fields
Required field of study:
• Bachelor's degree in management, industrial engineering or related fields
Organizational conditions:
br>• Saturday to Tuesday: 8 to 5
• Wednesdays: 8 to 4 - Thursday and Friday closed
• Floating working hours (1 and a half hours per day)
