*تعیین تارگت کلی فروش منطقه

• شناسایی پتانسیل فروش به تفکیک استانها و گروه صنایع
• هماهنگی با بخش بازاریابی به خصوص برای ایجاد لیست مشتریان بالقوه
• نظارت بر عملکرد و کنترل انحراف از تارگت های منطقه
• نظارت و کنترل میزان رسوب منطقه
• نظارت و کنترل وصول مطالبات منطقه و رفع مغایرت های مالی نمایندگی های زیر مجموعه
• نظارت و کنترل میزان شکایات منطقه
• نظارت بر مراکز عملیاتی منطقه با هدف کنترل SLA
• جلسات مذاکره با مشتریان جهت عقد قرارداد

*شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی/کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مدیریت بازرگانی، بازرگانی، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مهارت در رهبری تیم، برنامه‌ریزی فروش، مذاکره و تحلیل بازار
• تسلط بر ساختار توزیع، رفتار مصرف‌کننده و اهمیت آن در فروش
• نتیجه‌گرا، چابک و آشنا با چالش‌های بازار منطقه‌ای
• مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره و ارتباط با مشتری
• توانایی تدوین استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی
• حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار

*Role Description

• Determine the overall sales target for the region.
• Identify sales potential by province and industry group.
• Coordinate with the marketing department, especially to create a list of potential customers.
• Monitor performance and control deviations from regional targets.
• Monitor and control the amount of sediment in the region.
• Monitor and control the collection of regional receivables and resolve financial discrepancies of subsidiary agencies.
• Monitor and control the amount of complaints in the region.
• Monitor regional operational centers with the aim of controlling SLA.
• Holding negotiation meetings with customers to conclude agreements

*Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
• Skilled in team leadership, sales planning, negotiation and market analysis
• Mastery of distribution structure, consumer behavior and importance in sales
• Results-oriented, agile and familiar with regional market challenges
• Strong negotiation and customer communication skills
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
• At least 10 years of work experience
