شرح شغل:

• به‌روزرسانی استانداردهای آموزشی هر شغل.
• برنامه‌ریزی برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی تعیین شده.
• نظارت بر حسن اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی.
• نظارت بر تهیه و ارائه گزارشات آموزش‌های برگزار شده.
• مذاکره با موسسات و مدرسین مختلف به منظور برگزاری دوره‌ها.
• نظارت بر به‌روزرسانی بانک اطلاعاتی آموزش.
• تعیین نیازهای آموزشی هر فرد بر اساس شایستگی‌های مربوطه.
• نظارت بر اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی طبق تقویم سالیانه.
• ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزشی در سطوح مختلف.
• نظارت بر تهیه پرونده آموزشی پرسنل و ثبت دوره‌های ایشان.
• نظارت بر تهیه جزوات و پکیج آموزشی هر دوره.
• نظارت بر تهیه و ارسال گواهینامه دوره آموزشی به شرکت‌کنندگان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به ایزو 10015.
• آشنایی با انواع مدل‌های نیازسنجی آموزشی مانند دلفی، فیش باول، تل استار، دیکوم، PS و غیره.
• تجربه تولید محتوای آموزشی متنی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار PowerPoint.
• تجربه تولید محتوای آموزشی ویدئویی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Camtasia.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های ارزیابی اثربخشی.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان.
• مسلط به اصول برنامه‌ریزی.

Supervising the preparation and presentation of training reports
Negotiating with different institutes and teachers in order to hold courses
Supervising the updating of the training database
Determining the training needs of each person based on their respective competencies
Supervising the implementation of training courses according to the calendar Annually
Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses at different levels
Supervising the preparation of personnel training files and registering their courses
Supervising the preparation of pamphlets and training packages for each course
Supervising the preparation and sending of training course certificates to Participants

Certification conditions:
Mastery of ISO 10015
Familiarity with various educational needs assessment models such as Delphi, Fishbowl, Telstar, DICOM, PS and ...
