Job description and duties
Responsibilities:
Sales in person, on the phone and in meetings
Following and attracting new customers
Providing specialized advice to customers to choose products (necessary training will be given)
Management of phone calls, e-mails and face-to-face meetings to introduce products
Setting up invoices and tracking the order process until product delivery (CRM software)
Dealing with after-sales matters and maintaining continuous communication with customers
Specialized skills:
at least 2 years of experience in marketing and sales of products
familiarity with the principles of marketing and sales
skills in managing telephone and face-to-face communication with customers
familiarity with Office software and with sales processes and CRM software
Behavioral competencies:
Having strong communication skills and negotiation ability
Ability to continuously and purposefully pursue the sales process
Attention to details and having High responsibility
Teamwork spirit and ability to cooperate with other departments
Interested in learning and personal development
Preferably having a personal vehicle
