• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی های فروش و بازاریابی برای افزایش سهم بازار.
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم فروش و بازاریابی به منظور رسیدن به اهداف تعیین شده.
• نگهداری روابط مثبت با مشتریان و برقراری ارتباط موثر.
• تحلیل بازار و روندهای رقابتی برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های تبلیغاتی و ترویجی.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از عملکرد فروش و بازاریابی و ارائه به مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری قابل قبول در زمینه فروش و بازاریابی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مدیریتی قوی.
• توانایی تحلیل بازار و شناسایی نیازهای مشتری.

Petro Jam Kimia Company is looking for a sales and marketing supervisor with experience in the chemical industry. The workplace is in Tehran and the focus is on the agricultural and animal husbandry market. The person in question must have the ability to manage a team and develop sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase market share
- Management and guidance sales and marketing team in order to achieve the set goals
- creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers and communicating effectively
- analyzing market and competitive trends to identify new opportunities
- planning and monitoring activities advertising and promotional activities
- preparation of periodical reports of sales and marketing performance and presentation to management

qualifications:
- degree in agricultural engineering
- acceptable work experience in Sales and marketing field
- Ability to work with ICDL software for reporting and information analysis
- Strong communication and management skills
- Ability to analyze the market and identify customer needs
