Tecnical Engineer

·   Practical experience in the telecom industry; familiarity with BSS and CVM implementation

·     Expertise in the following areas:

o   Billing System, CRM, Sales Lead and Prospect applications, Self Care, Order Management, Inventory, CVM

o   Profound knowledge of GSM, Fixed Line (Voice and Data), VAS services

o   Profound knowledge of Linux/UNIX, SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL DB, Shell-Scripting and containerized platform

o   Operational knowledge of Wildfly (Jboss), Tomcat, superset (reporting tool) and utility services such as Redis, Kafka, Nifi, Prometheus, Logstash, ELK, Argo CD, Rabbit MQ and Elastic Search is needed.

·    Deployment and testing based on the requirements.

·          Writing test cases based on the requirements

·         Taking up ownership of a project and completing it along with the team.

·         Good Presentation skills

·         Should be able to handle client in pressure situation

·         Exposure of deployments

·         Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skills ; effective team leader

·         Good organizational skills; and Excellent written and verbal English skills
