• راه‌اندازی و آموزش سایر پرسنل در خصوص نرم‌افزار CRM پیام گستر.
• انجام امور مرتبط با هماهنگی فروش و مشتریان از طریق نرم‌افزار CRM پیام گستر.
• انجام امور مرتبط با کال سنتر و پاسخگویی تماس‌های ورودی و دسته‌بندی تماس‌ها و ارجاع به کارشناس مربوطه.
