• مسلط به تهیه مستندات، آیین‌نامه‌ها، استانداردها، دستورالعمل‌ها، فرایندهای سازمانی، مدیریت ریسک، اصول مدلسازی فرایندها و تحلیل آن‌ها.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای اتوماسیون سازمانی و همچنین فرآیندهای نوین حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.
• مسلط به تنظیم و تدوین گزارش‌های عملکرد سازمان.
• مسلط به شناسایی مشکلات موجود درپیاده‌سازی فرآیندهای انجام کار، تحلیل و عارضه‌یابی و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود در جهت تحقق اهداف و برنامه‌های سازمان و ارزیابی آن‌ها به صورت دوره‌ای و مستمر.
• مسلط به اجرای ممیزی داخلی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات.
• مسلط به همکاری با سایر تیم‌ها جهت شناسایی نیازمندی‌ها و ارائه راه‌حل‌های بهینه.
• مهارت برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر و روحیه کار تیمی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس و نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت پروژه.
• مسلط به الزامات استاندارد سیستم مدیریت کیفیت ISO.
• باهوش، با انگیزه، پویا، دقیق، خلاق، تحلیلگر و ایده‌پردازو مشتاق یادگیری.

Qualification requirements:

Proficient in preparing management dashboards such as Power BI and CRM software.
Proficient in preparing documentation, regulations, standards, instructions, organizational processes, risk management, principles of process modeling and their analysis.
Proficient in organizational automation processes as well as modern processes in the field of information technology.
Proficient in preparing and compiling organizational performance reports.
Proficient in identifying problems in implementing work processes, analyzing and troubleshooting, and providing improvement solutions to achieve the organization's goals and plans, and evaluating them periodically and continuously.
Proficient in conducting internal audits and analyzing information.
Proficient in collaborating with other teams to identify requirements and provide optimal solutions.
Effective communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Proficient in ISO quality management system standard requirements.
