Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Delivery Operation team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
- Generate and extract data needed for decision making
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Design and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business and product decisions in order to improve performance and reduce costs
- Conduct deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations
- Combine knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis with programming skills to support complex analyses
- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
- Design and deploy some machine learning models and assessments
Requirements
- Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques Expert in working with visualization tools Tableau/ Power BI/ Grafana
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
- Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Excel, SQL, python
- Understanding data science algorithm and know how to choose and deploy them
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
