شرح شغل:

• اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش جهت افزایش درآمد.
• مدیریت تیم فروش و ارائه راهنمایی‌های لازم برای دستیابی به اهداف.
• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید تجاری.
• تدوین گزارش‌های مالی و عملکردی برای ارزیابی کارایی استراتژی‌ها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهبود محصولات و خدمات.
• حفظ ارتباطات موثر با مشتریان و شرکای تجاری.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و مذاکره و تنظیم قرارداد با مشتریان خارجی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تدوین استراتژی.
• تجربه کار در صنعت فروش و خدمات پس از فروش.
• مهارت‌های مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی قوی.

We are looking for a committed business manager fluent in English to join the sales and after-sales service team in Tehran. You will be responsible for managing and improving business processes to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the sales team and provide necessary guidance. To achieve the goals
- Market analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Compile financial and performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services
- Create and maintaining effective communication with customers and business partners

Competencies:
- Specialized knowledge in the field of management, commerce or business
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate and Setting up contracts with foreign customers
- Ability to analyze data and formulate strategies
- Work experience in the sales and after-sales service industry
- Strong time management and organizational skills
