شرح شغل:

• بررسی تعرفه و ارزش کالا در سامانه جامع و سامانه گمرکی.
• پیگیری تمامی امور عملیات (از زمان حمل تا ترخیص قطعی).
• بررسی و چک اسناد حمل.
• مراجعه به سازمان و ادارات دولتی در صورت نیاز.
• اظهار اسناد در سامانه امور گمرکی و پیگیری آن در سامانه مربوطه.
• پیگیری حمل کالا تا مقصد.
• برقراری ارتباط با ترخیص کاران و نمایندگان در بنادر.
• بررسی و نظارت بر هزینه‌های انجام شده در پروسه ترخیص.
• ارائه گزارشات به روز.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به تشریفات گمرکی.
• شناخت کاملی از اسناد حمل.
• مسلط به اظهار کالا در سامانه امور گمرکی.
• آشنایی با سامانه EPL.
• آشنایی با بارفرابران.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات گمرکی.
• مهارت در کار با نرم‌افزارهای آفیس به‌ویژه Excel.
• روابط عمومی بالا.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و دقیق.
• روحیه کار تیمی.

Job Description:

Tariff and value of goods in the Comprehensive System and Customs System.
Follow up on all operations (from shipping to definitive clearance). To the government and government departments if needed.
Documents in the Customs System and follow up on the relevant system.
Follow -up of shipment to destination.
Relationship with clearances and delegates in ports.
Review And monitor the costs in the clearance process
provide up -to -date reports
