شرایط احراز:

• حداکثر سن: 35 سال.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در سازمان‌های بزرگ.
• مسلط به سیستم حضور و غیاب دنیای پردازش (PW Kara).
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و مقررات اداره کار و تامین اجتماعی.
• مسلط به تنظیم قراردادهای پرسنلی.
• مسلط به انواع شیفت‌های کاری، ساعت‌های شناوری، نوبت کاری و غیره.

مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌ها:

• توانایی انجام چندین کار به طور همزمان.
• مهارت مدیریت زمان.
• دقت و سرعت عمل بالا.
• منعطف.
• انضباط کاری.
