شرح شغل:

• رصد مستمر بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آتی بازار.
• شناسایی روندهای فناوری و تحلیل اثرگذاری آن بر کسب‌وکار سازمان.
• پایش فعالیت رقبا و محصولات ارائه شده در بازار.
• ترازیابی و بنچ‌ مارک محصولات و خدمات رقبا در ایران و جهان.
• پیشنهاد توسعه محصولات و سرویس‌های جدید و تدوین طرح کسب‌وکار مربوطه.
• ارتباط با مراکز تحقیقاتی و مؤسسات علمی داخلی و خارجی جهت ارتقاء سبد محصولات سازمان.
• ارائه گزارشات تصمیم‌ساز مدیریتی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• مسلط به تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه ورد، اکسل و پاروپوینت.
• علاقه‌مند به پژوهش و نوآوری.
• توانایی حضور مستمر در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و دنبال کردن اخبار و رویدادها.
• مسلط به روش‌های جستجوی هدفمند در وب و شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• آشنایی با محصولات و کسب‌وکار بانکی و اکوسیستم فین‌تک و استارتاپی ایران و جهان.
• روابط عمومی خوب و روحیه کار تیمی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.

Job description:
Continuous monitoring of the market and identification of future market opportunities and challenges
Identification of technology trends and analysis of its impact on the organization's business
Monitoring the activity of competitors and products presented in the market
Equilibrium and bench Brand products and services of competitors in Iran and the world
Propose the development of new products and services and develop the relevant business plan
Relationship with domestic and foreign research centers and scientific institutions to improve the organization's product portfolio
Presenting decision-making reports Management
Skills:
Having at least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of management, MBA, engineering
At least 2 years of related work experience
Proficiency in preparing management reports
Mastery of a set of software Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Interested in research and innovation
Continuous presence in social networks and following news and events
Mastery of targeted search methods on the web and social networks
Familiarities with products and business Banking business and fintech ecosystem and startups in Iran and the world
Having good public relations and teamwork spirit
Proficiency in English
