شرح شغل:

• پیگیری و ارائه خدمات پشتیبانی به مشتریان.
• پاسخگویی به تماس‌های ورودی بخش فروش.
• تماس با مشتریان جهت پیگیری موارد در دست اقدام پیش و پس از فروش.
• پیگیری مطالبات از مشتریان شامل دریافت چک و پیگیری امور مالی مرتبط.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش روزانه به مدیر مافوق.
• پیگیری کلیه فرآیندهای فروش از زمان ارتباط با مشتری تا صدور فاکتور.

Follow up and provide support services to customers
Answer incoming calls from the sales department
Contact customers to follow up on pre- and post-sale actions
Follow up on customer claims including receiving checks and following up on related financial matters< br>Preparing and presenting daily reports to the superior manager
Following all sales processes from the time of communication with the customer to the issuance of invoices
