Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or at least 3 years experience in a Human Capital Department
Have strong project and time management skills, including organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making; display the ability to flex to changing demands and manage multiple priorities.

Support recruitment requisitions and address the responsibility to fulfill recruitment requirements
Communicate internal transfers between stores and aid logistical requirements
Managing employee concerns when applicable
Address employee concerns; investigate grievances and take necessary action to manage employee relations
Contribute to the efficient delivery of HC services to employees, in cooperation with the Head Office
