- Facilitate all new employees hiring process by assisting with all relevant paperwork, badges, uniforms, training, filing and etc.
- Support recruitment requisitions and address the responsibility to fulfill recruitment requirements
- Communicate internal transfers between stores and aid logistical requirements
- Managing employee concerns when applicable
- Address employee concerns; investigate grievances and take necessary action to manage employee relations
- Contribute to the efficient delivery of HC services to employees, in cooperation with the Head Office
- Manage employee uniforms and attendance in the stores and ensure proper related documentation
- Assist with required paperwork and archiving to contribute to the efficient delivery of HC services to employees, in cooperation with the management
- Assist in coordinating training programs with internal stakeholders and other training providers as per requirements to ensure employee talent development
- Managing employee’s contract, complementary & liability insurance
- Providing weekly & monthly HC reports and present the result to business unit head also making improvement plan
