مدیر تولید | Production Manager

هدف شغل:

• مدیریت و راهبری فرایندهای تولید شرکت به منظور تحقق اهداف تولید، افزایش کارایی، حذف ضایعات و ارتقای تولید با کیفیت مطابق با استانداردهای تولید (هزینه، کیفیت و کمیت) تعریف شده.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌­ها:

• تلاش در جهت دستیابی خط تولید به اهداف کمی و کیفی خط تولید که در قالب KPIهای مختلف (OEE ،Shrinkage ،LTIR ،Complain).
• تهیه گزارشات نوبه‌ای مرتبط به عملکرد کمی و کیفی خط تولید بر اساس مستندات ثبت شده در حین تولید بصورت دو زبانه و ارائه آن به مدیر تولید و مسئولین.
• مدیریت و کنترل ضایعات احتمالی در پروسه خطوط تولید و تلاش در جهت تعدیل آن.
• نظارت، کنترل و بازدید مستمر از خطوط تولید و بررسی وضعیت ماشی‌آلات و تجهیزات تولیدی قسمت و حصول اطمینان از آماده بودن آن‌ها برای اجرای برنامه‌های ارائه شده و اطلاع‌رسانی نواقص حادث شده به مافوق.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر انجام نظافت و شستشوی ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات، وسایل و ظروف در اختیار و محوطه کاری در مواعد مقرر.
• برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی امور واحدهای تحت نظارت و کنترل لازم به منظور حصول اطمینان از حسن انجام وظایف محوله.
• مشارکت، تجزیه‌وتحلیل برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های تولیدی مصوب و بررسی امکانات لازم موجود و مطالعه در زمینه توسعه تولید یا بهبود کمی و کیفی ظرفیت‌های تولیدی.
• شرکت در جلسات با مدیران و کارشناسان به منظور بررسی مشکلات موجود و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب و ایجاد هماهنگی‌های لازم.
• رسیدگی به شکایات و درخواست‌های کارکنان تحت سرپرستی و اتخاذ تدابیر لازم.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر آماده‌سازی تمامی بخش‌ها و حوزه‌های تولیدی مربوطه.
• پایش مستمر تمامی امور مربوط به حوزه تولیدات خط مربوطه.
• پیگیری رعایت کلیه آیین‌نامه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های شرکت در موارد تعیین شده.
• پیگیری و نظارت بر رعایت اصول ایمنی، حفاظتی و بهداشتی برای خود و دیگران در محیط کار.
• رعایت، حفظ و اجرای مستندات مصوب نظام تضمین کیفیت جاری شرکت.
• مدیریت ایجاد هماهنگی با کلیه واحدها، مسئولین همتراز، مقامات مافوق، شرکت‌­ها، سازمان‌­ها و به منظور جست­جوی فرصت‌های ایجاد کننده ارزش افزوده برای شرکت و یا اخذ و ارائه اطلاعات مربوط به حوزه مسئولیت.
• پبررسی دستورالعمل‌ها و آیین‌نامه‌های مربوطه در زمینه امور داخلی تولید، شناخت و حذف نارسایی‌های احتمالی، پیشنهاد و پیگیری به واحدهای ذیربط.
• نظارت بر جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌های مرتبط به حوزه فعالیت واحد و ارائه رهنمودهای لازم در این مورد.
• برآورد و کنترل بر تامین به موقع و استفاده بهینه نیازمندی‌های خط تولید از قبیل قطعات، تجهیزات، ابزار، مواد اولیه و نیروی انسانی و نظایر آن‌ها.
• مدیریت و راهبری حوزه ­های تولید به منظور بهینه‌سازی فرایندهای تولید، حل مشکلات تولید، اطمینان از تحقق اهداف تولید مربوطه، ارائه روش­‌های بهبود در فرایندهای تولید، افزایش کارایی تولید و غیره در راستایی ارتقا، توسعه و بهبود عملکرد واحدهای تولیدی تحت نظارت.

مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌ها:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، صنایع غذایی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه مدیریتی در حوزه مدیریت تولید و عملیات.
• آشنایی کافی با مهارت‌های کامپیوتری و ERP.
• مهارت در برقراری ارتباطات موثر و سازنده.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری.
• صبر و حوصله در مواقع بحرانی و بروز مشکل در کار.
• قابلیت رهبری سازماندهی و ایجاد انگیزش در کارکنان.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.

Skills and abilities:

- Have at least a master's degree in industries, food industries and other related fields
