مهندس فروش | Sales Engineer

مسئولیت‌های شغلی:

• معرفی محصولات به مشتریان به منظور فروش و پیگیری امور مربوطه.
• شناسایی نیازهای مشتریان بالقوه به منظور ارائه محصول مطابق با نیاز.
• مذاکره با مشتریان به منظور توافق روی بسته محصول و نهایی کردن قرارداد.
• پیگیری فرایندهای فروش (قراردادها، امور مالی، ارائه صورت وضعیت و غیره).

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با صنعت ساختمان.
• آشنا با چگونگی ارتباط با سازنده‌ها، معماران و پیمانکاران.
• آشنا با دستورالعمل‌های امور پیمان.
• روابط عمومی خوب.

Job Responsibilities:

Introducing products to customers in order to sell and follow up related matters
Identifying the needs of potential customers in order to provide the product according to their needs
Negotiation with customers in order to agree on the product package and finalize Contract
Follow up sales processes (contracts, financial affairs, presentation of status statement, etc.)
Career skills:

Familiarity with the construction industry
Familiarity with how to communicate with builders, Architects and contractors
Familiar with the guidelines of contract affairs
Having good public relations
