سرپرست برنامه‌ریزی | Planning Supervisor

• بررسی آماری داده‌های فروش، مصرف و پیش‌بینی نیاز مصرف.
• نظارت بر برنامه‌ریزی کالا، سیستم کنترل موجودی، برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل شاخص‌های کسری در انبار.
• دریافت سفارش‌های مشتری از واحد فروش و ارتباط مستمر با فروش جهت تعیین زمان تحویل و مقدار درخواستی مشتری.
• دریافت برنامه‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات ماشین‌آلات از واحد نگهداری و تعمیرات.
• برنامه‌ریزی تولید و برنامه‌ریزی مواد اولیه براساس سفارشات دریافتی و سایر اطلاعات با هماهنگی با مسئول مافوق.
• برنامه‌ریزی جهت زمان بارگیری محصولات با هماهنگی با واحد فروش.
• برنامه‌ریزی جهت زمان تخلیه کالای خریداری شده با واحد بازرگانی.
• همکاری در تعیین نقطه سفارش مواد اولیه با انبار و ارائه به مسئول مافوق.
• همکاری در انبارگردانی های دوره‌ای.
• صدور درخواست خرید مواد اولیه براساس نقطه سفارش و ارائه به مسئول مافوق.
• صدور درخواست مواد اولیه از انبار بر اساس برنامه تولید و اعلام به واحد انبار جهت تحویل به تولید.
• همکاری در تدوین فهرست مواد اولیه محصول BOM.
• زمان‌سنجی تولید محصولات در ایستگاه‌های کاری.
• بررسی جریان مواد در سالن‌های تولید و تهیه جانمایی ماشین‌آلات.
• درخواست اقدام اصلاحی یا پیشگیرانه به منظور حذف عدم انطباق بالفعل یا بالقوه.
• ارتباط مستمر با مدیر تولید در خصوص تحقق برنامه تولید.
• ارتباط مستمر با مدیر انبار و خرید درخصوص برنامه‌ریزی مواد اولیه.
• بررسی گزارشات تولید و تحلیل دلایل انحراف از برنامه تولید و ارائه نتایج به مسئول مافوق
• تهیه گزارشات وضعیت تحقق برنامه تولید و دلایل انحراف از برنامه‌ها و ارائه به مسئول مافوق.
• بررسی گزارشات موجودی مواد اولیه و میزان انحراف از موجودی مورد نیاز جهت تحویل محصول به موقع به مشتری.
• همکاری در تحلیل اطلاعات و نتایج پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرآیند برنامه‌ریزی.
