مدیر فنی | Technical Manager

شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی، کنترل و نظارت بر وظایف کادر فنی.
• مسئول برنامه‌ریزی کلی، اجرا و جمع‌بندی پروژه‌های فنی پیچیده.
• هدایت و رهبری پروژه‌های فنی در محیطی خلاق.
• مشارکت فنی در پروژه‌ها.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم مدیریت محصول برای اطمینان از ساخت بهترین محصولات.
• حفظ ارتباط با کارفرمایان و پاسخگویی به تقاضای تحویل پروژه و عملیات شبکه کارفرما.
• استفاده منطقی از دانش مدیریت پروژه در استفاده بهینه از ابزارها و مهارت‌های موجود، زمان‌بندی، بودجه‌بندی، مدیریت و کنترل پیمانکاران فرعی، کیفیت اجرا پروژه در راستای ارتقا و بهبود رضایت کارفرمایان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به حوزه طراحی و اجرای پروژه‌های دیتاسنتر.
• شناخت استانداردهای شبکه و دیتاسنتر من جمله TIA-942 و TIA-568.
• شناخت محصولات مرتبط با دیتاسنتر از جمله سیستم‌های سرمایشی، برق، اعلان و اطفا و غیره.
• مسلط به حوزه مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• مهارت عملی در حوزه مدیریت تیم های فنی.
• حداقل سن: ترجیحاً بالای 40 سال.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی کامپیوتر، مهندسی برق یا فناوری اطلاعات.
• حداقل ده سال تجربه صنعت مرتبط با پنج سال رهبری فنی عملی و تجربه مدیریت افراد (مدیریت تیم‌های ده نفره یا بیشتر).

* Working closely with the product management team to ensure the best products are built
* Maintaining communication with employers and responding to project delivery requests and employer network operations

*Experience and practical skills in the field of managing technical teams
*Preferably over 40 years old
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in related fields (computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology)
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, with 5 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience (managing teams of 10 or more)
