آگهی استخدام کارشناس فروش و بازرگانی تجهیزات و راهکارهای شبکه و مخابرات؛ شرکت دانش‌بنیان و تولیدی توسعه انتقال داده آرین خالق برند EASYGIGs جهت تکمیل تیم فروش و بازرگانی محصولات خود از متقاضیان ساکن استان‌ تهران استخدام می‌نماید.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• مدیریت فروشگاه آنلاین بر بستر پلتفورم‌های آنلاین نظیر دیجیکالا.
• مدیریت مشتریان شرکتی و سازمانی و رسیدگی به درخواست‌ها و حصول اطمینان از رسیدگی به‌موقع به درخواست‌ها.
• ثبت سفارشات بر روی سامانه CRM به همراه گزارش مربوط به وضعیت مشتریان و صدور فاکتور.
• حصول اطمینان از ارسال به موقع کالا به محل مشتری و یا انبار دیجیکالا.
• کنترل ورود و خروج کالا از و به انبار مرکزی.
• هماهنگی با کارخانه و انبار مستقر در کارخانه جهت دریافت و ارسال به موقع کالا.
• هماهنگی با مدیر مستقیم در خصوص نحوه اعلام و درج و به‌روزرسانی قیمت.
• هماهنگی کامل با مدیر مستقیم در خصوص نحوه پاسخگویی به درخواست مشتریان.
• ارائه گزارشات دوره‌ای در خصوص مقایسه محصولات شرکت با محصولات رقبا از منظر قیمت و امکانات.
• بازارسازی و ارائه پیشنهاد جهت بهبود روند و افزایش نفوذ بازار محصولات.
• ارائه گزارش عملکرد.

• محل کار تهران منطقه دروس/پاسدارن.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ ساعت کاری منعطف و پنجشنبه‌ها تعطیل.

شرایط الزامی:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه در زمینه فروش تجهیزات شبکه کامپیوتری و مخابراتی به صورت B2B و B2C.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری و راهکارهای نرم‌افزاری شبکه.
• آشنایی با اصول مدیریت فروشگاه‌های آنلاین مانند دیجیکالا.
• آشنایی با اصول مدیریت درخواست مشتری.
• آشنایی کامل با ICDL به ویژه اکسل.
• آشنایی با فرایندهای رسیدگی به درخواست مشتری از صدور پیش‌فاکتور تا تسویه.
• آشنایی با اصول کار با CRM.
• توانمندی در گزارش‌دهی.

Recruitment advertisement for a sales and trading expert for network and telecommunication equipment and solutions
Danesh Banyan Development and Production Company, Arin Khaliq brand EASYGIGs, is hiring applicants living in Tehran province to complete the sales and trading team of its products.
Responsibilities:< 1. Familiarity with the company's products and ability to introduce products and capabilities from a sales perspective
2. Online store management based on online platforms such as Digikala
3. Managing corporate and organizational customers and handling requests and ensuring timely processing of requests
4. Registering orders on the CRM system along with reports on the status of customers and issuing invoices
5. Ensuring timely delivery of goods to the customer's place or Digikala warehouse
6. Controlling the entry and exit of goods from and to the central warehouse 7. Coordinating with the factory and warehouse located in the factory to receive and send goods on time
8. Coordination with the direct manager regarding how to announce and insert and update the price
9. Full coordination with the direct manager regarding how to respond to customer requests
10. Providing periodical reports regarding the comparison of the company's products with competitors' products from the point of view of price and facilities
11. Marketing and offering proposals to improve the process and increase market penetration of products
12. Submission of performance report


Required conditions

1. At least 2 years of experience in the field of selling computer and telecommunication network equipment in B2B and B2C
2. Familiarity with hardware equipment and network software solutions
3. Familiar with the principles of managing online stores such as Digikala
4. Familiar with the principles of customer request management
5. Full familiarity with ICDL, especially Excel
6. Familiar with the processes of handling customer requests from issuing pre-invoices to settlement
7. Getting to know the principles of working with CRM
8. Capability in reporting
