• آشنایی کامل با سامانه جامع تجارت EPL از جمله اظهار کالا ترخیص کالا.
• تسلط کامل به فرایند واردات و صادرات کالا و فرایندهای گمرکی ترخیص کالا در گمرک.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و مقررات واردات و صادرات کالا در گمرکات.
• آشنایی با اسناد حمل.
• تسلط کامل به مکاتبات تجاری و اداری و مکاتبات مربوط به بازرگانی خارجی.
• آشنایی با روند استعلام قیمت در خصوص سفارشات جاری و منبع‌یابی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• روابط عمومی بالا.
• دانش مدیریت و رهبری.
• توانایی ارائه راهکار و استراتژی مستمر در امور بازرگانی خارجی.
