شرایط احراز:

• توانمندی نگارشی بالا جهت تدوین آیین‌نامه‌ها، روش‌های اجرایی، دستورالعمل‌ها و فرم‌های کاری.
• مسلط به استانداردهای مدیریت کیفیت ISO******* ،ISO10002 و ISO10004.
• تفکر سیستمی و تحلیل فرآیندها.
• مسلط به گزارش‌نویسی و گزارش‌دهی.
• آشنایی با نظارت بر اجرا و به‌روزرسانی فرآیندها و دستورالعمل های اجرایی.
• آشنایی با شناسایی، ایجاد، اصلاح و مستندسازی فرآیندها و تهیه شناسنامه فرآیندها.
• آشنایی با تعریف شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد (KPI)، تدوین و نظارت بر اجرا و توسعه آن.
• آشنایی با مهندسی مجدد فرآیندها، عارضه‌یابی و امکان ارائه راهکار و فرصت‌های بهبود.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای ممیزی داخلی و انجام آن و تهیه گزارش تحلیلی.
• آشنایی با تعیین شاخص‌های کنترلی برای فرآیندها و گزارش‌گیری از آن‌ها.
• آشنایی با مشارکت در تهیه و به‌روزرسانی و اصلاح کلیه مستندات سازمان.
• آشنایی با سیستمی نمودن فرآیندهای سازمانی طی تعامل با بخش‌های مربوطه.
• آشنایی با چهارچوب‌های فرآیندی APQC.
• آشنایی با حداقل یکی از نرم‌افزارهای رسم مدل‌های BPMN2.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در صنعت‌های تولیدی.

2. Proficient in ISO*******, ISO10002 and ISO10004 quality management standards
3. Having systemic thinking and process analysis

5. Monitoring the implementation and updating of executive processes and instructions
6. Identifying, creating, Modifying and documenting the processes and preparing the birth certificate of the processes
7. Defining performance evaluation indicators (KPI), compiling and monitoring its implementation and development
8. Re-engineering the processes, identifying complications and the possibility of providing solutions and opportunities for improvement
9. Proficient in internal audit processes and performing them and preparing analytical reports 10. Determining control indicators for processes and reporting them 11. Participation in preparing and updating and correcting all organization documents
12. Systematizing organizational processes through interaction with relevant departments
13. Familiarity with APQC process frameworks
14. Familiarity with at least one software for drawing BPMN2 models
15. 3 years of work experience in manufacturing industries
