Mission:
The mission of the Key Account Manager is to develop profitable sales, in line with the defined objectives and create a partnership with the assigned key accounts, in line with the channel strategy. To do so he/she will define and implement the account strategy and coordinate/manage the national business development teams
KEY TASKS:
- Manage the relationship with the Account’s organization
- Customer and Market Intelligence
- Key Account Planning & Execution
- Business Management (Monitoring, maintain and expand business)
- Monitoring Pricing and profitability
COMPETENCES / PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Food Science, Business Management and related fields
- Proven track record in Key Account Management
- Field sales, Trade marketing, Category management or Consumer marketing experience is a plus, especially in food industry
- Strong interpersonal skills : establishes easily contacts, team player
- Analytical, business & result driven
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Project management competences
- Fluent in English
