مترجم حقوقی | Legal Translator

هدف از این نقش:
کار به عنوان یک مترجم حرفه ای در یک شرکت حقوقی معتبر که در قانون مالکیت معنوی تخصص دارد.

لیست مسئولیت ها:
- ترجمه متون و اسناد از فارسی به انگلیسی و برعکس ، اطمینان حاصل می کند که معنای متن منبع حفظ شده است.
- تحقیق در مورد اصطلاحات قانونی ، فنی و علمی برای یافتن ترجمه صحیح. اسناد ترجمه شده و ویرایش شده.
- اولویت بندی کار برای تحقق مهلت ها.
- حفظ و توسعه دانش مالکیت معنوی.

الزامات:
- مدرک باخلر یا کارشناسی ارشد زبان انگلیسی (ادبیات یا ترجمه).
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی با مهارت های ارتباطی کلامی و کتبی عالی.
- حداقل 2 سال تجربه به عنوان یک مترجم انگلیسی یا معلم ترجیح داده شده و داشتن تحصیلات شغلی یا تجربه کار در صنایع یا ترجمه است.
- توجه زیاد به جزئیات و توانایی کار تحت فشار و تحقق مهلت ها.

 

The objective of the role:

• Working as a professional translator in a reputable law firm specializing in intellectual property law.

List of Responsibilities:

• Translating texts and documents from Farsi into English and vice versa, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.
• Researching legal, technical, and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for international clients.
• Catching the errors in translated documents by the official translation bureau.
• Proofreading and editing the final translated and edited documents.
• Prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
• Retaining and developing knowledge of intellectual property.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English (Literature or Translation).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as an English translator or teacher is preferred, and having business education or working experience in industries or a translation bureau is an advantage.
• Relevant computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
