کارشناس Help Desk | Help Desk Specialist

شرح وظایف:

• عیب‌یابی و حل مشکلات تجهیزات IT اعم از: کامپیوترها، پرینترها، اسکنرها و غیره.
• نصب، پیکربندی و انجام تنظیمات ویندوز و نرم‌افزارها.
• پشتیبانی و عیب‌یابی امور مربوط به شبکه و اینترنت.
• بازدید دوره‌ای و ارائه گزارش، مستندسازی وقایع و شناسنامه سیستم‌ها.
• کنترل دوره‌ای سخت‌افزارها و حصول اطمینان از سالم بودن و عملکرد مطلوب آن‌ها.
• پاسخ‌گویی به مشکلات در کمترین زمان ممکن.
• تهیه گزارش‌های مرتبط به واحد IT.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی اولیه با Active Directory (جوین شد‌ سیستم ها به دامین، مفهوم Group Policy و غیره).
• تسلط کامل به مفاهیم مقدماتی شبکه +Network.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه Word ،Excel ،PowerPoint ،Outlook.
• آشنایی با شبکه‌های Domain.
• تسلط کامل به مفاهیم سخت‌افزار کامپیوتر و عیب‌یابی.
• مهارت و تجربه کافی در راه‌اندازی و عیب‌یابی ماشین‌های اداری.
• توانایی جست‌وجو در اینترنت جهت رفع مشکلات.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی تخصصی در سطح جستجوی مشکلات فنی.
• توانایی پیگیری موضوعات تا حصول نتیجه.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری و پاسخگویی.
• متعهد و منظم.
• روحیه یادگیری، تحقیق و توسعه.

Description of tasks:
troubleshooting and solving problems of IT equipment, including: computers, printers, scanners, etc.
installing, configuring and setting Windows and software
basic familiarity with Active Directory (joining the system to the domain, the concept of Group Policy, etc.)
support and troubleshooting of network and internet related issues
periodic visit and reporting, documentation of events and system identification
periodic control hardwares and ensuring that they are healthy and perform well Network + Network
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook)
Familiar with Domain networks
Complete mastery of computer hardware concepts and troubleshooting
Enough skill and experience in setting up and troubleshooting office machines
Ability to search on the internet to solve problems and master English specialized at the level of searching for technical problems
