هماهنگ‌کننده دیجیتال مارکتینگ | Digital Marketing Coordinator

شرح وظایف:

• دریافت و تحلیل بریف‌های دریافتی از واحدهای مختلف.
• پیگیری و نظارت بر اجرای دقیق و به‌موقع کمپین‌ها و پروژه‌های دیجیتال مارکتینگ.
• مدیریت و به‌روزرسانی سیستم‌های CRM برای بهبود روابط با مشتریان و بهینه‌سازی فرایندهای فروش و بازاریابی.
• برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و هماهنگی بین تیم‌های اجرایی و تیم امور مشتریانتعریف و مدیریت تسک‌های اجرایی و ارائه گزارش پیشرفت پروژه‌ها به مدیران مربوطه.
• همکاری با تیم‌های خلاق و تکنولوژی برای تضمین اجرای صحیح و بهینه کمپین‌ها.

شرایط سازمانی:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها و جمعه‌ها تعطیل است؛ ساعات کاری شناور (1 ساعت و نیم در روز).
• کار در یک محیط پویا و خلاق.
• امکانات سازمانی: پزشک سازمانی، روانشناس سازمانی، هدایای مناسبتی، پاداش‌های متعدد، روف گاردن و غیره.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:

• تسلط کامل به اصول و ابزارهای دیجیتال مارکتینگ.
• آشنایی عمیق با فرایندهای اجرایی دیجیتال مارکتینگ از استراتژی تا اجرا.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای CRM و تجربه مدیریت مشتریان و تحلیل داده‌های مربوط به آن.
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه و زمان‌بندی مؤثر برای تضمین تحویل به‌موقع تسک‌ها.
• مهارت‌های قوی در برقراری تعامل مؤثر با تیم‌های مختلف.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری مورد نیاز:

• توانایی خود مدیریتی و اولویت‌بندی کارها به‌صورت مستقل.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری و پیگیری تا تکمیل موفقیت‌آمیز پروژه‌ها.
• انتقادپذیری و انعطاف‌پذیری در مواجهه با چالش‌ها و بازخوردها.
•  روحیه کار تیمی و توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و سازنده با تیم‌های دیگر.

سابقه کار مورد نیاز:

• حداقل دو سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه دیجیتال مارکتینگ، مدیریت پروژه یا مدیریت CRM.

Duties: • Receive and analyze briefs received from different units • Follow up and monitor the accurate and timely implementation of digital marketing campaigns and projects • Manage and update CRM systems to improve relationships with customers and optimizing sales and marketing processes
• establishing effective communication and coordination between executive teams and customer affairs team
• defining and managing executive tasks and presenting project progress reports to relevant managers
• cooperation with creative teams and technology to ensure the correct and optimal execution of campaigns

Specialist skills required:
• Complete mastery of digital marketing principles and tools
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing implementation processes from Strategy to implementation
• Mastery of CRM software and experience in customer management and related data analysis
• Project management ability and effective scheduling to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Strong communication skills Effective interaction with different teams

• Accountability and follow up until the successful completion of projects

Required work experience:
• At least 2 years of related work experience In the field of digital marketing, project management or CRM management

Organizational conditions:
• Saturday to Tuesday: 8 to 5
• Wednesdays: 8 to 4 - Thursday and Friday closed
• Floating working hours (1 and a half hours per day)
