نقش ها و مسئولیت ها

1. مدیریت ریسک فناوری
• شناسایی ، ارزیابی و اولویت بندی خطرات مربوط به فناوری در کلیه کارکردهای تجاری و عملیاتی.
• توسعه و حفظ ثبت ریسک ، از جمله تهدیدات و آسیب پذیری های نوظهور.
• اطمینان از استراتژی های کاهش خطر در زمان مناسب و مؤثر انجام می شود. فروشندگان و ارائه دهندگان خدمات شخص ثالث

2. نظارت بر امنیت و حفاظت از داده ها
• برای همکاری با آن ، امنیت سایبری ، NWG و عملکردهای CPG برای اطمینان از کنترل های امنیتی قوی و نظارت بر مؤثر وجود دارد.
• نظارت بر این حوادث مربوط به فناوری به درستی توسط تیم های مسئولیت پذیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته ، گزارش شده و اصلاح شده است. اکوسیستم Mtnirancell.

3. انعطاف پذیری فناوری و تداوم مشاغل
• برای هدایت طراحی و اجرای تداوم مشاغل ، بازیابی فاجعه و شیوه های مدیریت بحران مطابق چارچوب های Mtnirancell ERM و BCM در کلیه مناطق فنی. مشارکت و مشاوره ذینفعان
• خدمت به عنوان یک مشاور قابل اعتماد در بخش های فنی و رهبران در مورد ریسک و امور مقاومت.
• همکاری با تیم های عملکردی متقابل برای اطمینان از مدیریت ریسک در برنامه ریزی پروژه و اجرای عملیاتی تعبیه شده است.

5. بهبود مداوم و فرهنگ ریسک
• هدایت ابتکارات برای تقویت آگاهی و پاسخگویی به ریسک فناوری در سراسر سازمان.
• معیار بهترین شیوه های مدیریت ریسک مخابرات و ادغام آنها در فرآیندهای داخلی. گزارش و حاکمیت
• حفظ داشبورد و گزارش برای کمیته های ارشد مدیریت و قوس در مورد خطر فناوری ، اقدامات اصلاح ، انعطاف پذیری و حوادث.
• تهیه تشدید ریسک و پذیرش ها با سیاست های مربوطه. 27001). 5 سال سابقه مدیر با حداقل 3 سال در بخش/ صنعت مربوطه
• کار در فرهنگ ها و جغرافیای متنوع می تواند سودمند باشد
• 8-10 سال تجربه کاری شامل:
• حداقل 3 سال تجربه در ریسک تجاری یا BCM.
• حداقل 3-5 سال تجربه مدیریتی در موقعیت های مشابه ، شرکت های پیشرفته می توانند یک مزیت اضافی باشند (یعنی ارتباط از راه دور)
• پیشینه فنی ضروری است

*Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technology Risk Management:
-Identify, assess, and prioritize technology-related risks across all business and operational functions.
-Develop and maintain a risk register, including emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
-Ensure risk mitigation strategies are implemented at the right time and effective.
-Ensure all technology operations comply with relevant local regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.
-Assess technology risks associated with vendors and third-party service providers

2. Cybersecurity & Data Protection Oversight:
-Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, NWG and CPG-Facility functions to ensure robust security controls and effective monitoring are in place.
-Oversee that technology-related incidents are properly investigated, reported, and remediated by responsible teams.
-Ensure all preventive and detective controls and systems are effectively deployed and utilized to manage security risks across the MTNIrancell ecosystem.

3. Technology Resilience & Business Continuity:
-Lead the design and implementation of business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management practices according MTNIrancell ERM and BCM frameworks in all technical areas.
-Ensure Single Points of Failure (SPOF) are identified, escalated, mitigated, and monitored.
-Conduct regular testing and simulation exercises to ensure operational readiness.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory:
-Serve as a trusted advisor to technical divisions and leaders on risk and resilience matters.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management is embedded in project planning and operational execution.

5.Continuous Improvement & Risk Culture:
-Drive initiatives to enhance technology risk awareness and accountability across the organization.
-Benchmark best practices in telecom risk management and integrate them into internal processes.
-Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and improve risk controls.
-Drive the digital transformation and automation of risk management practices.

6. Reporting & Governance:
-Maintain dashboards and reports for senior management and ARC committees on technology risk, remediation actions, resilience, and incidents.
-Prepare risk escalation and acceptances aligned with respective policies.
-Ensure BCM and resilience frameworks remain aligned with regulatory requirements, MTN Group standards, and international best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001).
-Ensure ERM and BCM frameworks are robust, documented, and adhered to across all technology functions.

*Job Requirements
*Education
-Master’s Degree in telecommunication or ICT
-MBA or other relevant professional qualification in BCM and crisis management would be a plus.
•Fluent in English

*Experience
-Minimum 5 years of Manager track record with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry
-Worked across diverse cultures and geographies would be advantageous
-8-10 years’ work experience comprising:
-At least 3 years’ experience in Business Risk or BCM.
-At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in similar positions, High tech companies would be an added advantage (i.e., Telecommunication)
-Technical Background is a must
