مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

شرح وظایف:

• مدیریت کلیه امور مالی، حسابداری و مالیاتی شرکت.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر بودجه‌بندی، جریان نقدینگی و مدیریت هزینه‌ها.
• تهیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی و مدیریتی.
• ایجاد و نگهداری روابط موثر با بانک‌ها، مؤسسات مالی و نهادهای نظارتی.
• ارائه راهکارهای استراتژیک برای بهبود فرآیندهای مالی و کاهش ریسک‌های مالی.
• نظارت بر حسابرسی داخلی و رعایت قوانین مالی و مالیاتی.
• ارزیابی پروژه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری و تحلیل‌های مالی برای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریتی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مالی، حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل هفت سال سابقه کاری مرتبط، ترجیحاً در صنعت قطعه‌سازی یا تولیدی.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین مالیاتی و استانداردهای حسابداری.
• تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری (راهکاران سیستم)
• تجربه در تعامل با بانک‌ها، مؤسسات مالی و امور تأمین مالی.
• توانایی رهبری تیم مالی و مهارت‌های مدیریتی.
• دقت بالا، توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
