در بانک اقتصاد نوین برای تامین نیروی بخش تامین نرم‌افزار به دنبال جذب افراد با توانمندی‌های ذیل هستیم:

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد ترجیحاً در رشته‌های علوم کامپیوتر، مهندسی نرم‌افزار یا IT.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه در زمینه مدیریت پروژه های نرم‌افزاری (PMBOK) و برونسپاری (CMMI).
• مسلط به مفاهیم مهندسی نرم‌افزار، روش‌های کاربردی تحلیل نرم‌افزار، متدولوژی‌های توسعه نرم‌افزار، زمان‌بندی و مدیریت پروژه و تغییرات.
• آشنایی با طراحی و معماری نرم‌افزار و پایگاه داده (SQL).
• مسلط به روند پیشبرد پروژه‌های نرم‌افزاری.
• توانایی مدیریت همزمان چندین پروژه.
• توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی از وضعیت جاری و پیشرفت پروژه‌ها.
• توانایی هدایت، مدیریت و همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف و برگزاری و مدیریت جلسات با ذی‌نفعان و پیمانکاران.
• توانایی بررسی میزان اجرایی بودن پیشنهادهای توسعه پروژه و محصول.
• مهارت مشخص کردن نقشه راه، تدوین WBS و گانت چارت، فازبندی پروژه و ارائه منشور پروژه.
• مهارت کنترل و پایش پروژه و پیگیری مستمر به منظور هر چه بهتر عملی شدن اهداف، نیازمندی‌ها و ارائه طرح‌های بهبود مستمر.
• آشنا با تست نسخه‌های محصول، اخذ و تحلیل بازخورد ذی‌نفعان.
• مسلط به تهیه و تدوین RFP، پروپوزال و سایر اسناد مربوط به حوزه پروژه.
• توانایی تنظیم قرارداد، بررسی صورت وضعیت‌ها.
• جدیت و نظم در کار.
• انعطاف‌پذیر و مشتاق به یادگیری.
• وقت‌شناس، منظم و متعهد به برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی.
• متعهد و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• توانایی بالا در حل مسئله و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه.
• مهارت‌های مذاکره (آشنا با اصول و فنون مذاکره).
• روحیه بالا در اجرای کارهای تیمی و جوابگویی به مدیران.

Hello, At Ekhtaz Navin Bank, we are looking to recruit people with the following abilities to provide staff for the software supply department: - Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in the field of computer science, software engineering and IT
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of software project management (PMBOK) and outsourcing (CMMI)
- Proficient in software engineering concepts, applied software analysis methods, software development methodologies, scheduling and management Project and changes

- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
