وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
- ثبت سفارش در سامانه جامع تجارت (NTSW).
- هماهنگی با بانک جهت تایید تخصیص ارز.
- هماهنگی جهت دریافت بیمه باربری.
- هماهنگی جهت بازرسی کالا در مبدا.
- هماهنگی با شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
- پیگیری دریافت اسناد بازرگانی از فروشندگان.
- دریافت قبض انبار و ترخیص بارنامه از شرکت حمل.
- اظهار کالا در سامانه گمرک (EPL).
- پیگیری اخذ مجوزهای لازم جهت ترخیص کالا از گمرک.
- بررسی و تایید کلیه اسناد و مدارک مربوط به خریدهای خارجی و ارجاع آن‌ها به مدیر عامل جهت تایید نهایی
- پیگیری و مانیتورینگ کلیه سفارشات خارجی از مبدا تا انبار شرکت.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل یک سال سابقه کار به‌عنوان کارشناس ارشد بازرگانی.
- تجربه کاری در زمینه واردات تلفن همراه و لوازم الکترونیکی امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
- آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات تجارت بین‌الملل.
- آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات واردات و سامانه جامع تجارت.
- تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی.
- داشتن مدرک کارشناسی.
- مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
- توانایی عالی در برقراری روابط با افراد.
- آشنایی با سامانه‌های بازرگانی (سامانه جامع تجارت و سامانه جامع گمرکی).
duties and responsibilities
• Order registration in the Comprehensive Trading System (NTSW).
• Coordinate with the bank to confirm the allocation of currency.
• Coordination to get freight insurance.
• Coordinating for goods inspection at the origin.
• Coordination with international transport companies.
• Follow up on receipt of commercial documents from sellers.
• Receiving the warehouse receipt and bill of lading clearance from the shipping company.
• Declaration of goods in the customs system (EPL).
• Pursuing the necessary permits for customs clearance.
• Checking and confirming all documents related to foreign purchases and referring them to the CEO for final approval
• Follow-up and monitoring of all foreign orders from the source to the company's warehouse.
Prerequisites
• At least 1 year of work experience as a senior business expert
• Working experience in the field of importing mobile phones and electronic devices is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with the rules and regulations of international trade.
• Familiarity with import laws and regulations and comprehensive trade system.
• Relative mastery of the English language
• Having a bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Having excellent ability to establish relationships with people
Familiarity with business systems (comprehensive trade system, comprehensive customs system)
